This is an 8 hour course for the development and improvement ofmediation skills for attorneys and mental health and financialprofessionals.  The focus will be onmediating Family Law matters, but skills translate to other areas.   This course satisfies the requirements forCollaborative Law groups mandating an 8 hour mediation course.  It has also been “approved for credit” by theAOC under NJ Court Rule 1:40-12(b) providing 8 hours of CLE.  Note: New rule for Attorneys – 24 hours/2 years.

The cost is $325 to be paid infull and returned with the attached registration form.  Fee includes continental breakfast, lunch,afternoon refreshment and mediation training materials.
